SMASO Table of Fees — September 2026
The fees charged by Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers are prescribed by statute. The combined SMASO Table of Fees — effective September 2026 — sets out the regulated fees applicable to both Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers operating in Scotland.
